The company’s mission is to simplify the mortgage process for their clients, offering expert advice without the typical stress. My challenge was to modernize the website while keeping it both warm and professional to instil trust, ensuring that users could easily navigate the information and access help.

The primary focus of the redesign was to craft a welcoming and professional visual identity. I aimed for a balance of trustworthiness and approachability, reflecting the client’s commitment to removing the hassle from the mortgage process. I went through numerous iterations to make sure the client felt that the tone was exactly right.
Key elements of the project included improving legibility, simplifying information architecture, and enhancing user flow to guide visitors seamlessly through the mortgage process.
Additionally, the Call to Action (CTA) played a crucial role in driving conversions. I ensured that the "Contact Us" CTA was prominent on every key page, making it easy for potential clients to reach out. The website was designed to lead users naturally toward this action, helping KR Mortgages increase the number of inquiries.
In conclusion the redesigned website for KR Mortgages achieved a significant visual transformation, providing a fresh, user-friendly, and welcoming experience. With clearer navigation, improved readability, and strategically placed CTAs, the website now better communicates KR Mortgages’ expertise and trustworthiness.
